Be a Spark (see chapter 6) and work in unity as the Lord has taught us to do.

If you and your organization can work in unity with other organizations in your city and surrounding communities and find just 1000 people who would be willing to donate $1000 each (or 2000 people who will donate $500 each, or just 1 person who will donate $1,000,000) you will raise enough money to print 1.54 million of our paperback books (at $.65 ea.) so every household in a city of 3.5 million people (assuming 2.3 people per household) can receive one of our books to learn who Christ is.

This will allow every person in those 1.54 million households to pick up our book and learn who Jesus is and also understand God's will for their life! Find just 1000 people who know they are blessed and are willing to donate $1000 each - and reach 3.5 million people (in 1.54 million households) who may be lost and are searching for the Truth. How unbelievable is that?

If you like math - that is a 3500:1 ratio. For every 1 person who has been found and saved by the Lord - their $1000 donation can help us print 1540 books to reach into 1540 households to touch 3500 people (2.3 people per household), who may be trying to find their way out of the darkness. One person can reach 3500. Who wouldn't invest in that ratio?

Extending this to the whole world

Extending this ratio across the entire globe: if all Christ followers in all cities and in all countries of the world can find just 1,430,000 people who would be willing to donate $1000 toward printing and distributing our paperback - these 1,430,000 donors will allow us to reach into the homes of 5 billion people* (yes, billion! ==> see the calculation below) in the world who don't know the Truth. This is the same 3500:1 ratio mentioned above. The seemingly impossible task of reaching everyone in the world - is now achievable.

1,430,000 people is less than .1% (less than 1 in 1000) of those who confess their faith in Jesus Christ around the world today.

So, less than .1%, or less than 1 in 1000 of those who believe in Jesus Christ -- can shine their light on the 5 billion who are wandering in the dark and, together, we can lead them out of the darkness. This means that reaching 5 billion people can be accomplished through our unity, and might only be accomplished through our unity:

With all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.  ~Ephesians 1:9-10

Within the households in your community - you will be reaching individuals, fathers and mothers, children and grandchildren, single mothers and single fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers, and even friends and neighbors.

1.43M people x $1000 donation each = $1.43B (or any combination thereof) $1.43B divided by $.65 per book = 2.2B books 2.2B books = 1 book into 2.2B households 2.2B households x 2.3 people per household (average) = 5.06B people

So!

By finding just 1,430,000 people in the entire world (less than 1 in every 1000 who believe in Jesus Christ) who know they are blessed and who are willing to donate $1000 - we can reach 5 billion people. It can be done!!
